The Hisense is a very nice looking TV. Fit/finish seem really good, feels solid, light to hang on the wall, etc. The initial setup took some time with various software and firmware updates - all to be expected. So far the positives stop there though. The TV would not register to my parents Google Home through the QR code, manually, etc. I personally have a Sony Google TV and had no issues whatsoever. That issue is still not resolved, but worse is the screen goes black every few minutes! It only lasts 2-3 seconds, but it's VERY annoying. Occasionally the audio goes out too and it never comes back unless you cycle the power. These issues happen when using the HDMI input or streaming apps (Netflix) so definitely appear to be a TV issue and not a connection problem. I've submitted a warranty claim, so we'll see how well their service dept handles issues and I'll update my review afterward.
