    Very disappointing! The tv was purchased just about a year ago and died on me this past week. No sound, no picture. I cant afford to buy a tv every year, seriously. Sony needs to make this right. And replace this TV

    Bad Quality and Bad Service

    I purchased this TV in November 2024. It has stayed in the same place since installation, never moved or damaged. By August 2025, lines began appearing on the screen and have been getting worse each day. When I contacted Hisense support, they told me they would not honor the warranty—even though the device is less than a year old. I own several Samsung TVs that have been running for almost five years without any issues. I will never buy a cheap brand again.

    Did not even last a month, and of course Bestbuy assumes no responsibility had for 19 days turned it on an black Picture with red lines not worth your money

    Pixel went out in the first week

    The TV is ok for the price. I had an issue with the Pixel going out in the first weekbut Best Buy’s offered to exchange. We will see how the next one is.

    Didn’t last 6 months. Was watching and everything was fine and the next minute the screen was messed up. Before this it had a beautiful picture and the sound is great.
