The tv is useless. Simply streaming wirelessly to apple or android has many problems. Returning and testing out the qled tcl now.

Worst Customer Service Experience ever.

TV screen was cracked when it came out of the box. I have been fighting with Best Buy to replace/refund it. Best Buy customer service says they should replace it, Longmont store refuses to do so. I currently have no tv and am out $300+. Never Again.

I bought this and I have problems with the TV, and now I can't get it fixed threw best buy. I have to call the manufacturer number, even though I have my total best buy.

Took tv home and set it up. It was damaged, so I returned it to the store and they refused to replace it. Said too bad for you, oh well. Worst business I have ever experienced.
