Purchase this a month ago and I'm impressed. Got the 65 inch with tax and delivery for $340.00. Can not beat that price for a 4k television. I'm a Samsung fan from phones to tv. Had the plasma to led. This budget Hisense you're getting your money's worth. Picture quality is very good but you will need a high quality video source such as youtube and Netflix to take advantage of it. Dolby Atmos brings these speakers to life. The bass is just enough that you won't need a soundbar. I suggest for best sound to put the sound mode to theatre. Auto volume off. Adjust the equalizer as follows: 125hz 10 250hz 4 500hz 7 1khz 7 2khz 5 4khz 7 8khz 10 I promised you the sound quality will sound much fuller and richer with these settings. Turning dolby Atmos off will sound dull and subpar. If you have an android phone then this is perfect for it. You can surf the tv browser like a computer. Also the tv at about 40 lbs is not that heavy. Fyi - If you're looking for a budget tv with great picture/sound, google operating system for your google phone or tablet, not too heavy and won't put a dent on your wallet, then this is the one for you.

The colors and brightness are good. The sound is loud but a soundbar would definitely give better clarity. The backlight is noticeable on the edges a lot more then anywhere else and fast motion has some trouble keeping up..

The picture on this TV is incredible. Out of the box, the best TV for the money. Admittedly, I am concerned about the long term reliability but I am hoping Hisense's quality control has improved. However, for the money and out of box experience, I am willing to give it a chance.

Great picture, easy to set up and use. Sound is even good which is not always the case on these newer TVs

This was a replacement for a Samsung TV ruined by a moving company during my interstate move. I wanted to upgrade from a 55” to a 65” with a great picture quality and decent features for less than $500, and this fit the criteria. This TV cannot handle the downloading and streaming of apps directly on the TV. I had to purchase a Roku, which was an inconvenience and added expense, however, it allows me to download and stream all the apps I had on my old TV (and more). I am experiencing issues with my connected sound bar automatically adjusting the volume no matter what settings I am on. (I am tech savvy & have researched the issue). I did not experience this with my Samsung.

So far we are really pleased with our Hisense TV. This is our first one and I’d give it a 5 star if it weren’t for the occasional shadows that were still there on some channels. So I expressed this to BBuy/ Geek Squad Rep that installed the new system. I mean, we have purchased so many products from BB over the last 30+ years and we have trusted them IMPLICITLY. SO we’ve ALWAYS HAD THE BEST PROTECTION PLANS ON ALL OF DEVICES AND TVS. But I am telling you, their support and dedication IS JUST NOT WHAT IT USE TO BE. I’ll stick to this item. Back to the shadows on my new 65 in TV. The Rep says, OH NO Problem, a simple new $30 HDMI cable will fix it, I have one the truck, I say GREAT. IT APPEARED FIXED. He left, my card was hit for an extra $200. And I still have fuzzy shadows at various times, not always, but enough that you spend $1000 (make that $1200) on a TV, soundbar and PROTECTION PLAN AND SUPPORT, AND IT IS A JOKE. BECAUSE I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO HAVE ANY SUPPORT FROM ANYONE WHO DOES ANYTHING EXCEPT…PASS ME OFF TO YET SOMEONE ELSE WHO WILL TAKE CARE OF THE ISSUE. WHO THEN LOSES MY ACCOUNT. AND ABOVE ALL ELSE, ACTUALLY TOLD ME I WILL NEED TO PAY ANOTHER $250 to have it SET UP AGAIN. My purchase was on Oct 7, 2024. I may NEVER BUY FROM BB again!

Tv works great, clear picture and def gets the job done.

I recently purchased a 65” Hisense 4K UHD TV from Best Buy, and I’m honestly blown away by the quality. For the price, this TV is an absolute steal. I chose the in-store pickup option, and within 30 minutes of placing my order online, I got the ready-for-pickup notification. When I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and quick. The associate who helped me even walked the TV out to my car and made sure it fit safely in my back seat. It was a smooth, hassle-free experience from start to finish. My 10 year old Sony 4k UHD finally died, the backlit LED fried so I looked at a ton of different Televisions, I took a change on this QD5 and I have to say, the picture and colors are outstanding, the 4k upscaling works like magic. Vibrant colors with deep blacks are fantastic. As for sound quality I don't really know, I've got it connected to my Yamaha home theatre audio system. Really happy with this TV, Bestbuy delivered it in 2 days. Loving this TV

I have been using the Hisense 65" QD5 Series QLED for a few weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed by what it offers at this price point. The picture quality is sharp, vibrant, and full of rich color thanks to the QLED technology and quantum dot panel. It handles both bright and dark scenes very well—HDR content especially pops. The Google TV interface is fast and intuitive. It’s easy to set up, and the voice control with the remote makes searching across apps like Netflix, YouTube, and Disney+ super convenient. The built-in Chromecast and access to thousands of apps is a huge plus.

After approximately a month of service I feel good bout the purchase. Very nice TV, has a bright detailed picture. Colors are vibrant and fully colorful. Set up was fairly easy and fits perfectly on my TV console. Works well with cable installation and has good remote settings response. Would purchase again.

We have a Hisense bigger tv that we bought from Best Buy over a year ago and totally love it!!!! So we went the Hisense brand again for the 65 inch and totally love this tv also. Great picture, sound and quality…. We will definitely buy this brand always

The picture on this TV is very vibrant and detailed. The TV was light weight and fairly easy to move around for a TV of this size. The controller was easy to use and I was able to add Paramount+ to the streaming options with no problem.

Very good TV at a great price. Picture is crisp and bright. The blacks are not as black as a higher-end TV, but more than acceptable considering the price. No motion blur during live sports. Perfect everyday TV.
