It has a lot of features my old tv didn’t have. Good picture, bluetooth for earbuds, recommends a lot of shows I’ve never heard of before, but its fun

I’ll start by saying I loved all the specs for the price on this TV. I did a ton of research before purchasing, and a lot of comparisons to other “budget” 65” TV’s. This one was on top. I walked into Best Buy, showed the employee the TV on my phone, he grabbed it, scanned it, and he was shocked by the price for the features. So I was super excited! The set up was pretty easy, the picture quality was a huge upgrade for us over our 2017 TCL 49” TV. However, it had 1 major flaw. On every app (Netflix, Disney Plus, Hulu, you name it), the audio wouldn’t sync properly. I tried resetting the TV multiple times, clearing the cache of apps, turning the TV off multiple times, and playing around with the sound and picture settings multiple times. Nothing fixed it. Some would provide a fix for a few minutes and then out of nowhere the lips were out of sync with the sound again. So I ended up returning it and swapping it for a slightly more expensive TCL. Hoping this one works out better. Never once had an issue like this was a TV before. Big thanks to Best Buy for making the return process so easy. Glad I made this choice instead of living with it for years like many people are that I’ve now seen on Reddit in forums who struggle with this same issue with Hisense.

I love Hisense I have this and another higher end Hisense down in my living room. Highly recommend. Love googles UI, very easy to use doesn’t look childish loke roku.

Great tv for the money. Most surprisingly great and bright picture. Deep blacks and the audio is loud and clear. Two thumbs up.
