Connectivity issues/ Not playing loading apps

I have another Roku in my bedroom and don’t have the same problems at all and it’s older than this one. I haven’t even had this TV for a full year but I have been having problems since I got it. My connection will not stay on this TV. First, I only had to check the connection and it would work from there. Now, I’ve even upgraded my wifi in case that would fix the problem but it didn’t. Currently, I am not able to watch any apps even though my TV status is saying connected. I have tried all the steps suggested to fix the issue. When I check connection, the TV asks me if I am home and then still doesn’t work. Idk if this is just one bad TV or if Hisense is a joke.

Hisense very good value

There was no need to change factory settings. The Roku interface is clear and easy to understand. The sound is adequate with plenty of volume. Remote control works smoothly--just don't block the sensor on the bottom middle of the TV.

Hisense Roku

I did not request Best Buy to install and set up for me. I am disabled so was a little concerned about setting it up, but the TV had a very essy to follow setup that included setting up the connection with wireless. Very happy with my purchase so far
