My thumb keeps hitting the sound on the side also its controls are very sloppy. Second the picture is not as crisp or as bright as other 65". It as a slow resonce when changing Channels or going tru the Channel Line up

It was perfect for hockey as it was super easy to follow the puck. Well, that's all I really used the TV for. I "watch" shows at work as background noise, on my phone and do not typically watch TV at home. All this being said, I have not used this TV since the end of the Regular Hockey season. So the last time I used it, the TV obviously worked. Today it did not. I turned it on and the LCD was cracked. I live alone. There is nothing that would have been able to damage this screen. There isn't any kind of impact mark on the outer screen. Hisense will not offer a replacement or repair despite this being a very new TV. Buy from a company that cares about their customers. Stay away from this garbage company.

Good TV for the price!

Its not on par with the big names in terms of quality and viewing experience. But with that being said, for the much lower price, it does a great job for what its worth.

Overall look good with a PS5 and Xbox series x for a cheaper tv.
