Ordered 2 of these tvs and both came broken. Best Buy was not much help either in getting me a new one or even refunding me. They said I must go through the manufacturer and the manufacturer could not doing anything either. Must be a very cheap brand so I would stay away and get something more trustworthy!

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Tv went out after 28 days and couldn’t return it for a new one was at work for 20 days of the 28 and wouldn’t turn on when I got back from work 15 day return policy is absolutely not reasonable you can go to Home Depot or Lowe’s and buy a tool and you have 90 days to return it just crazy to me take care of your customers who spend their hard earned money but what do I know

I don't recommend best buys delivery service as they wasn't careful of how they handled the TV I purchased !
