    DO NOT BUY - TV died just over 2 months old

    Return window just closed couple weeks ago and TV won't power on and I having to go through horrible Hisense warranty support, emails, phone calls, parts ordered, then technician needs to be sent to my home....don't know when I'll have it fixed.

    Really poor image quality from the get go. I had to return the tv and get a replacement. The Best Buy representative screwed up and used an incorrect address, having to cancel the day of the second delivery.

    It is a cheap TV. You can see the border of the page on the TV. Once the program or video starts it goes away. I knew it was cheap because of the price. I am not returning it because it still meets my desires.

    Had Hisense tv with great sound and picture. It died after 3yrs! This tv is terrible. Poor sound and picture quality. Brightness is off.

    The picture quality on this television is horrible. I had to take it back the next day. It was no way I could keep it.

    Dont bother. Spend more, get a non-roku TV.

    The TV works well. The setup process, however, is the worst experience I've ever had with any piece of equipment. Here's why: 1. You are forced to create a roku account just to enable basic functions. You cannot get beyond the "setup screen" until you sign up. 2. You are forced to tie this new account (assuming you dont already have one) to your email address, which begins your 30 day trial of Roku. I'm using this as a basic TV to cast to, so the trial doesnt bother me. 3. You are then prompted to enter a credit card for Roku services and addons, which just left a sour taste in my mouth. Thankfully this wasnt required to get beyond the setup screen. I would have paid an extra 100 dollars for a different brand just to not deal with that setup process. There was no skip option, and being forced to sign up for a service i had no intention of using, agree to terms of service and information usage terms, all just to use basic functions of a TV i just bought was too much. Not worth the cheap price or the picture quality.
