      Hisense USA apologizes about the experience you have had with the 65R7E, please make sure the USB drive is formatted in FAT32. The Roku app can be downloaded to a compatible IOS or Android device that allows the volume to be adjusted to your liking as well.     I wanted this to be good but it thankfully broke within the first month so I was able to return it and shell out the extra money for a better TV in the size range. If you’re getting a bigger TV try not to go too cheap (you get what you pay for). I turned it on maybe 20 days after purchase and it would not power on. The light came on but no image on the screen, further investigation online shows this is a common problem with these TVs but they usually happen about a year in. Thankfully I was only 20 days in and I was able to return it. I decided to go for the better TV and save myself a future headache. Do your research before buying a TV. It’s nothing against Hisense, I have a couple smaller model Hisense TVs that run fine and have been fine for a couple years but the bigger model did not hold up.

    The TV worked good for the first year, then I would notice a few times when it wasn't loading the apps properly and then after a year and a half the tv stopped working all together. Neither Hisense nor Best Buy could help get it fixed because there was no extended service plan. They let me add a service plan afterwards to then have it fixed but it just sucks that it just stopped working after a year and a half. Next time we will not be getting a Hisense TV.

    Seriously if you buy this big with 399 as a price you shouldnt be surprise right. I just allowed my husband to buy it to prove my point. Not in anyway is near 4k and LED. My old sony 50 inch with bulbs that recently died after 12+ years is better than this. But if you dont care abt picture quality and care abt price more I guess this will do, just as ling as you know what you are getting. If this is for 500+ you should get a differnt brand

    TV developed screen problem

    Mine is about 5 months old and has developed a spot at the top about 1/4" that is brighter then the rest. Back light bleed was always bad on it, guessing I just got a lemon since so many good reviews... One other nuisance is that it doesnt normally power off, so every week or so the icons show as all blank and I have to restart it.

    My son took off work an hour early to get to the store before close. He drove 190 miles around trip to pick up a broken TV. By the looks of the box I believe the store knew it was damaged. So the time it took to drive there and his gas, Bestbuy needs to make this more than right.

    Had not really heard of this brand. I got an email from a website advertising this deal. At $399.99 I could not pass this deal up. My thought was if I don't like it I will just return it. Needless to say I am not returning this t.v. The colors on this thing really pop the clarity of the screen is amazing. The tv setting options are plentiful. I can go on and on. Purchase this tv without hesitation. Trust me you will not regret it.
