TV boots up fast, no delay starting services from the moment it's turned on. Picture is decent. I haven't really used any 4k shows on this (I have Youtube TV and Netflix), but the standard 1080p is great. Wish I could comment on the judder with NFL games, but need to wait a bit...

Then the TV became quite slow following software updates. Almost as if they plan this obsolescence?

Overrated, *Beware* Disney+ or HBO Max broken sou!

The color accuracy is excellent and Android TV is butter smooth but that's where the party ends. The motion clarity is horrendous. My 10 year old Samsung 6 series does a better job handling sports and action movements. The blurriness would hurt my eyes after a short time period on certain shows. The final straw was Disney+. There is a known issue with Hisense tvs and echoing sound. It's terrible and seeing how this was for my family room and I have 3 young kids, that service is on a lot!. Apparently that audio issue affects HBO Max but I don't subscribe so cannot attest. If you use a sound bar you will not have an issue with audio pass through. I did contact Hisense who says it's Disney and HBO's fault and they cannot fix it. Needless to say I had to return the tv...beware prior to purchasing.
