Great delivery service. The TV has an awesome picture and is user friendly. It’s a little wobbly on just the legs but seems sturdy enough just keeping the kids away from it. The price dropped shortly after we received it and the customer service agent had no issues or delay in refunding the difference timely.

1. Top picture quality under $1000; 2. Sound is okay-ish, would recommend a soundbar for better experience; 3. The OS(Android TV) is not as smooth as the top tier brands, say, Sony, unsurprisingly. Sometimes the app would crash. Overall, it is a very good budget choice.

It was time for an upgrade to a larger TV, and this seemed like the most bang for the buck. This brand was recommended by our son since he already owned a 50" Hisense. We are very happy with our purchase, the TV was on sale and the picture looks great. You could buy other TV's with more features, but if you're just interested in watching a TV that looks good, then you should consider this brand.

Not what I expected. Really laggy and shiny tv. A lot of reflections. It will often self disconnect from my wifi.

We have it mounted outside on our patio. I read a bunch of reviews online that said it was a great budget tv for outdoors even though it is not an outdoor tv. So far so good. Colors are great even when the sun is in our eyes yoy can still see the picture. We keep it cover with a waterproof cover when not in use.

Great quality picture for the price. A couple downsides - you will need a sound system/sound bar because the speakers are lacking. Also the viewing angles aren't the best as anything past midline quickly starts washing out the picture.

Coming from a 40” Full HD Insignia TV, I couldn’t be more happier. The picture quality of this TV is great and is so much better compared to my last TV!! We are really enjoying it. If you have space go for bigger size, you wont regret. Was thinking 65" was gonna be to big for our apt, but it was the right decision. Best buy delivery was quick and smooth.

Its a nice TV. I have an issue with dimming sides. I'm not sure if this was due to the packaging or not. Hard to get good deep colors. TV is very bright if you need that. Calibration is overlay complicated and cant get correct.

The tv is really good for the price. It has Dolby atmos and vision and the picture are so clear and vivid. The color reproduction is so good. The only draw back is the remote it looks old school but then the tv design is super slim and beautiful.

Great quality for 699$ No issues in terms of sound / video / remote / streaming. The only thing, i having hard time to set up google assistant to turn off tv based on timer. (It turns off, but when i saw in 30 minutes it does not work).

Great video, easy to setup, plenty of different inputs, being an Android TV has some unique benefits, and relatively easy to use interface. However, the speakers point downward rather than forward so when placed above a flat surface (in my case above a fireplace mantle but I imagine you'd get the same on entertainment center next to a wall) the sound suffers from extreme echo/reverb to the point of being very obvious and distracting. I believe they did this so they could minimize the forward-facing non-screen area but if it's going to basically require that the customer buy a sound bar to get decent audio then it kind of defeats the purpose.

Great TV! Perfect picture, size and functionalities. Great for gaming as well. Awesome ratings at Rtings.com. Android interface is quite user friendly. I love its options to get audio out in dolby mode which gives a great surround sound effect. Good value for the quality (Dolby Vision, Wide color gamut, etc.).
