I have had it for almost a year now and in the past few months it has begun struggling with streaming hi-def (Dolby Vision or 4k) content. Each time I start streaming hi-def I have to go into the app and delete the cache. Sometimes I also have to restart the TV. This is pretty frustrating. I've done all the recommended checks; check for system updates, check for app updates, clear cache, etc. I'm not sure I can recommend this TV if it continues to struggle with streaming content.

Excellent TV for normal users, it has very bright and vivid color. The system can automatically adjust color profile like Dolby and HDR for content that is playing, I feel if very good to watching Netflix, Disney and HBO. What can be improved is the sound quality, which is just so so, I bought another sound-bar to improve it. And the navigation can be somewhat laggy, I disabled GoogleTV's recommendation and use App-only mode, which makes it faster.

Great TV for $500

This is a much better TV than those and if you can get it for $500 seems like the best TV at that price. My biggest complaint is that some of the included apps like Youtube have a ton of adds and it is much harder to block ads than on a PC but I think that is true of pretty much any smart TV.

If you don't watch too much TV and you want to get an entry 65-inch screen, this might be the best in its price range. However, don't expect it to compete with the other premium models. It's a bit laggy and the picture quality and brightness is average to slightly below average.

Looks as good, if not better, than most other televisions up to $1000-$1200. Single gripe has only to do with Google TV, as it does not have compatibility with DirectTV Stream. Didn’t really think about this until I got the television, but that’s on me.
