I bought it to replace a very similar TCL unit that unexpectedly died. I wish it had Roku software. If it did, I would give it 5 stars.

So Close to Being Amazing

For movies, tv shows, and ESPECIALLY gaming, this thing looks freaking awesome. The contrast is very punchy and the local dimming feature does a great job keeping blacks looking actually black. My only gripe is with this hasn't been great for watching sports. For whatever reason it seems like Hisense just has a problem processing fast-moving objects like a football being thrown, for example. It's weird because this issue doesn't show up in fast-moving gaming scenes. Just sports. If you can live with the lackluster sports experience, this tv is pretty great otherwise.
