Hisense customer service not so good

Unusable without remote

It is now stuck in Display mode and even after hard reset pushing the tiny reset button it stays in store mode. 34 days old and useless.

Best Bang for Buck TV IMO

I picked up this 65" U7K for $699 to replace it and WOW. What a difference! My wife and kids love it as well. It's hands down the best tv for the price. I watched a ton of reviews and read many articles and finally settled on this unit. I just couldn't justify spending 2-3x the amount for an OLED or a higher end brand like Sony or Samsung. On paper this unit has basically everything. My one concern is the brand and longevity. Time will only tell but so far I'm very impressed going on almost 4 months now. For reference the other TV I was debating on was the TCL QM8 but in the end price difference made me go with the U7k.

Brightness and detail are good. I am very happy with it. Now if it will last more than 5 years. My lg and samsung both died before 3 years.

The picture quality is amazing and the sound is clear and crisp. The TV is very easy to set up, and the user interface is intuitive and user-friendly. I've been using it for streaming movies and TV shows, and the experience has been fantastic. I was pleasantly surprised by the price point as well - this TV is a great value for money! Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend this 65" TV to anyone who wants a high-quality viewing experience without breaking the bank.

The colors pop out of the screen. I could see every detail so clear. I felt like I was in the theater. The sound that the tv provides is amazing without adding any extra speakers. The quality of this Hisense tv is impeccable and the price was the cherry on top.

It still runs as fast as when it was new. I received 3 or 4 software updates in these two years and the performance has gotten only better. I love the picture quality and sound from this TV. In some ways this U7K feels better than U8K in certain picture scenarios. I only wish for a better experience with HDR content, as it doesn't feel as bright as needed. Filmmaker mode is very good in accuracy of the colors.

Speakers are actually really good, so I don’t use my sound bar all the time now. The picture is so good, Especially on PlayStation 5. The magic remote excited me the most because it works on all my devices, Apple tv, PS5, and I didn’t have to pair anything. So cool! I would recommend to anyone especially for the price.

I highly recommend this TV!! it will take some time to get used to all the features this TV has to offer, but it is time well spent.
