This TV is incredible and I’m glad I bought. I’ll recommend this to a friend.

I purchased this TV from store #257 on 11/13/23. The "free" NBA 2K game promotion was a joke. Had to make several calls for instructions only to find it extraordinarily difficult to redeem. Typical bait and switch. I was charged $250 for installation, AND another $130 for a "specialized," supposedly difficult job. The installers were in and out in under 20 minutes and rated the difficulty "a 4 out of 10." Store manager refused to revert the errant and unnecessary $130 fee on a $1,500 sale. For these reasons, I will never shop at Best Buy again and can't recommend against patronizing their products or services strongly enough.

Great value for the price. I would recommend this tv to anyone.

Mini LED TV is fantastic. Google interface not so much. Slow response time even on hardwired connection. Some apps are slower than others, and using an external apple tv or fire stick is the way to go. TV itself is great.

The guy gave us the wrong wall mount for our tv. Gave us a sound bar mount instead. Had to drive 50 plus miles back to the store. Seemed very knowledgeable, but apparently picked up the wrong mount.

I love this tv. It has a beautiful display and works very well for gaming and watching tv shows. It’s a big upgrade over my old TV.

The screen is black, but I have sound and it appears the dimming zones are working as i can see random dim lighting moving on the screen. I have watched this TV about 10 times. Of course, it is past the return window. Hopefully I can resolve the issue through tech support, but I regret buying Hisense at this point. The picture is nice and very bright, but motion is not great...of course this is when it worked.

Picture quality is great, some of the best ive seen with a non-oled screen, but the tv itself is super buggy, don't expect to get earc to work with any sound bar, the tv will recognize it for a bit then won't, and good luck getting any help from Hisense support, some of if not the worst customer service ive ever experienced, will not be buying another tv from this brand again.

Great TV, my only complaint would be that the built in streaming apps can get sluggish. This was easily solved by hooking up my own device, and now it works like a dream.

Great TV for the price, but picture loses color/sharpness when not sitting directly in front of TV. I feel like I'm constantly trying to get a better picture, even with smart settings

So far so good, I have not had any issues, person at Best Buy recommended TV and he was right

This TV worked fine for less than two years then began to disconnect from my wifi every 10 minutes or so then try to reconnect. Picture is average. If you can get it for $600 it’s worth it

So happy I chose this tv!! Cheers to getting old and needing to read various reviews for a month before buying anything!! It paid off!

The TV has Excellent picture color and sound. I added a soundbar which enhances the volume and make Movie-watching way better.

Haven't installed this tv yet but this is the last day to write a review and get my $5 promo certificate. I'll report back later.

Tv works great! The team at best buy was very knowledgeable. Guided us on the right direction to not lay the tv down in the back seat!

Amazing performance for the price. This tv is an unbeatable value with as good if not better performance than some tv’s that are more expensive.

This is a great TV for the price. I feel that tge brightness is to low on the built in Google TV but is fine with an external device such as Apple TV. Also only 2 HDMI 120 hz ports.
