defective. needed to be replaced. love the tv. just need one that works.

The picture quality is great! The sound is automated based on what you're watching. Sometimes it will get really soft or really loud after you've been watching awhile. It seems to have trouble instantly recognizing what you're watching to adjust the sound accordingly. I leave it on, because it sounds great once it's recognizes what you're watching and optimizes to your programming. There is also a slight issue with the Internet connectivity through an ethernet cable. When turning off the TV, it seems to not truly turnoff and only goes to sleep. Every time I turn the TV on after it's been off for awhile, it doesn't reconnect to the Internet through the ethernet cable. I have to restart the TV in order for the Internet to reconnect through the ethernet cable. However, when it's connected, it's fast. It just struggles with the initial connection to the ethernet cable. Haven't found a fix yet despite in-depth research. May have to call support to truly fix this.

I bought this tv to replace a similar priced Samsung tv. This tv compliments my ps5 so well! Great refresh rate with awesome colors. Super bright display and deep blacks. 10/10

We went in to look at a new Samsung or LG TV but after seeing those versus this Hisense we went with the better picture and less expensive Hisense. I am honestly still surprised by the picture quality, Hisense has stepped up their game. We are going to be going back to buy another to replace our daughter’s old Samsung too.

I am in love with this TV!!! The colors pop, contrast is impeccable, sound is WAY better than expected. No complaints.

The picture quality on this TV is amazing. Worth the price. The set up took about 30 minutes to get the Google side of everything set up and logged into different apps. We got the Apple TV trial with this TV as well, and it has been utilized. The sound is high quality, we can keep it turned up to about 13 and it’s loud enough to hear in two rooms. Having good wifi for the apps to not lag is key in this model as well.

Easy to set up out of the box. Not quite as heavy as anticipated. Appreciate online un boxing instructions. Great picture. Screen brightness diminishes or masks lighting reflection a nice benefit in a room without indirect illumination So so sound, dialogue somewhat indistinct at times. Will recommend brand overall

My son had this installed by Best Buy in his apartment where he formerly had a 32" TV. He enjoys this TV. Nice size, good clarity, good sound system, and easy viewing.

Have the TV for about one month now. So far so good. Tried watching 4k videos from YouTube and the colors are fantastic.
