OLED-like colors but definitely brighter. I’ve researched far and back and this is truly one of the best bang-for-buck TVs you can get right now. The sound is just cherry on top

Purchased on Black Friday sale 2023…. So have owned it 2 months. Replaced my awful 2 year old Sony Bravia, that cost 50% MORE! (Sony screen developed large burnt out are right center of the screen that looked ok for movies, but ruined live sports!). Moving on…. Researched for months for a new TV, and finally settled on the U8. SO VERY HAPPY I DID! AMAZING bright picture, brilliant colors, razor sharp contrast, blacks that are BLACK. Google operating system works flawlessly…. All streaming services ( Hulu, Apple TV, Netflix, Prime, Disney+- everything) works seamlessly. I can’t comment on the onboard sound (including sub woofer), as I installed my 2 year old Polk soundbar + sub via ARC…. It paired instantly, and is flawless. I simply cant find anything to complain about… For $900 ( competitors range $1200-2000), you simply can not go wrong with this Hisense U8 65”

Awesome TV! I’m glad that I waited and compared my options. I choose the U8K in 65” for multiple reasons. I was looking for a TV with 2.1 hdmi input for gaming consoles, multiple hdmi ports and 4k UHD display for movies and shows. After owning it for a month now and trying it with different inputs (PS5, XBOX series X, multiple of streaming apps, and personally my favorite UHD4K Blu-Ray), I can confidently recommend this TV and give it a positive review. 2nd Hisense TV purchase. Great brand that lasts, first one is already 6 years old and fully functional. Bought the U8K because of newer and current tech. Best surprise is it’s built-in speakers and sub. Loud and clean sound. Picture info: playing Forza on Xbox Series X.

Excellent Tv, amazing quality of image, brightness, sound, etc. Everything it’s perfect. Also Best Buy has a great customer service, the Tv didn’t fit in my car, so they help me to sent the tv to my house the next day that I was to picked up.

This is a great product with a great picture quality! I’ve had this tv for 4 months now and I still love it. The only downside I’ve noticed is that the IR receiver for the remote is dead center on the tv, which my soundbar covers up if I don’t hold the remote at the correct angle. But once the TV is on, the remote connects through Bluetooth, so line of sight is not needed. The mini-LED is great with blacks and rich colors. It makes non-4K video look better than I was used to on my old HD Vizio TV. Definitely recommend this product!

This TV is fantastic for the money. You will need to change some of the default settings to make it look its best. After changing these, I am amazed at how PS5 games look and feel.

I previously had a 55inch Hisense and only changed it out for a 65inch because my cat scratched the screen and messed up the graphics, it was completely my fault though for putting on Cat TV for him *facepalm*. I like Hisense so much that I got the same brand but bigger. The vibrancy and clarity is top notch, and paired with a quality sound system makes me opt for watching movies at home than going out.

Image quality is amazing on this TV. Only issues are with the software sometimes being glitchy. Having more than one user makes some apps glitchy.

Beautiful picture, stellar price for this quality. Has some great options for getting the screen to look how you want it, and we’ve had no issues with the TV itself.

I love everything about this TV. I upgraded from an older Samsung LED TV that had a serious issue with bloom and ghosting. I have attached a photo of the comparison. The new Hisense is on the left and the Samsung is on the right. As you can see, the bloom from the edge lit TV is insane in comparison to the local filming zone capabilities of the Hisense. It's a perfect upgrade for those who just want a better next Gen TV without breaking the bank.

This is a PERFECT living room TV. Sized right and the highly rated picture quality make this a great purchase. Brilliant picture in all lighting conditions. I especially love the feature that connects my Bluetooth earbuds automatically when I take them out of the charging case and disconnects them when I replace them.

Black levels comparative to OLED beautiful picture quality and Brightness is on another level!!!

This TV is what you're looking for if you dont want to spend over a thousand dollars. It checks off everything you get from all the high dollar brands but for half the price. I love this Hisense U8K and I would recommend it to anyone. One last thing it has a subwoofer in the back so the sound on this TV is amazing.

I’ve had this TV for 3 weeks and it’s been great so far. Excellent picture. Easy setup. It’s extremely bright. I actually turned the brightness down a bit because it felt too bright at times. Not a negative, just a note. I gave 4 not 5 stars because the preference settings are a bit finicky. It doesn’t carry your preferences across all applications so you have to set them for each. Overall I really like the TV and think it’s a great value buy.

Great addition to our Family Room. We have a small nicho for the TV and this just fit. Looks great and the picture is unbelievable. My husband now wants to watch all his football games on the new TV instead of his TV as he says the picture looks like you are actually on the field.
