    I bought this tv 9 months ago and the picture was great, tv streaming and gaming with xbox, then the color of the tv went blue and i went threw all the things to try before calling hisence. It took two weeks of email tag back and forth, then they sent parts, then had to wait to scedule a appointment to try and get it fixed. The repair person came put the parts in the tv and it didnt fix it. The repair person said it was unfixable and to call hisence back and tell them, the repair person even took a pic of the tv, now they sent more part and now i have to wait again and start all over. I wanted it fixed for the superbowl. They need to stand behind their product, either fix it, replace it or give me my money back.

    Good TV for a Great Deal

    Got the TV set yo quickly thanks to being able to connect with my phone on the Google setup. I should have taken a closer look at the weight but it is heavier than my previous tv of the same size.

    Constantly making you sign into your Google account. You have to manually do it each time. For any password longer than 12 letter symbols. It takes several minutes at a time having to use the remote instead of being able to use a secondary system. Very slow and glitchy. Cheap TV and you get cheap quality.

    Doesn’t last and Hisense lies with warranty work

    Bought a U8 on 12/30/22 and television died on 12/16/22 of this year 2 weeks left of warranty. Sent repairman with 2 parts to swap. Tv worked for minutes. Spend over a week for the escalation team to respond. Was told by 3 seperate people they would respond in 24 hours. I even waited over the weekend until after Christmas to contact them again. Now they are sending the same tech to do the same repair to not have to refund my money and push me until after the warranty period. I asked for a supervisor who again lied saying they are sending a senior tech which is the same guy who came last time because its a small one man buisness (not his fault he was super helpful) but didn’t look at the case to know they had done this before. This is a garbage product from a garbage company.

    Waste of my time.

    Picked up Tv at my local Best Buy, was very apprehensive about buying a off brand tv. I'm a Sony guy but the price was a key factor so i went with the Hisense. As the old saying goes you get what you pay for. The Hisense is going back to Best Buy this Saturday. The picture quality is sub par and its has shut off two times and overall I'm not satisfied.
