Ease of set up was fantastic. TV synced with my Sonos system without issue. Since I have had the TV the screen cast feature stopped working, a pixel went out, and there is some sort of dirt or damage under the panel. The picture quality seems to be unaffected, but Hisense customer service was no help. Lots of phone tag for them to tell me they don't see an issue.

The perfect TV for hockey!

I needed 3 things; I watch a lot of hockey, so it needed to have a clean screen (no "dirty screen effect"), good motion handling, and decent sound so I won't need to use a sound bar. This TV nailed all 3 needs. It's not perfect, but it is for what I needed. It's great at other things, but if you watch sports, particularly hockey, this is great.

Great TV

The brightness really soeaks for itself and the images are wonderful. The only problem i have encountered so far is that it is hard to play with settings. I still cant figure out how to activate the 120hz for gaming on my ps5. It is not that user friendly and it probably will take me some time to get used to it and find the features i need. Other than that, TV is great so far

I had Verizon send me a new router which didn’t fix the issue and I returned the TV to BestBuy for another unit which has similar issues. It does connect to the internet but the built in streaming apps time out when trying to stream shows. My work around was to connect an Apple TV streaming box.

As good as OLED at 1/2 the price

This replaced a 5 year old OLED that had started to develop dreaded green blob. Picture is just as good if not better and the technology is much better! Recommended!

Inform buyers what's missing from open-box items

After reading the fine print I expected see scratches and/or missing items. The TV is clean, no scratches or marks anywhere. But the items missing are the stand(no big deal), the remote control(a bigger deal), and the power cord(Really!?!). Overall I'm happy with the TV. I feel I got a good TV at a good price but wouldn't it be more honest if you let potential buyers know exactly what is missing from these open-box items.

However, the software leaves a lot to be desired. Sometimes when I switch to inputs it just freezes (especially the antenna, which worked fine on my other tv). Google TV is not good--besides not having a few apps I'm used to on my Roku, some of the apps just have issues with not loading correctly or just stopping to function.

The only downside is that it's not intuitive on how to get high speed HDMI to work (the menu button is three lines, not the gear)

Great Picture, Poor Sound

Also, their latest software update has some bugs which caused problems if you watch TV using Bluetooth headphones. Bluetooth worked fine until I updated to the latest software. Now I have to turn the volume up to 100% just to get halfway decent volume.

Panel Issue Initially buy Resolved by Best Buy

I ordered it from Best Buy, and when I turned it on, the panel was bad, no picture. I contacted Best Buy and they promptly ordered me another one, they picked up the old one and delivered the new one, no issues with the new one. Out of the box picture is great, and lots of settings to adjust. Cudo's to BB from a customer service perspective.
