We bought the Hisense 65U8H a year and 4 months ago and it was a great TV until the picture went blue. It took three calls of going through the troubleshooting process then getting hung up on to finally get an incident filed for the 2 year warranty. Then you have to send pictures of the TV, which they are VERY picky about, and after numerous attempts they accepted the pictures and agreed to send out a technician. The technician wasn't able to fix the TV so we had to wait for Hisense to contact us for the next step which is to set up a new incident which gets sent to Tier 2 in order to send someone out to destroy our TV before they will refund our money. Not sure how long that will take but our TV has been broken now for three weeks and no resolution yet.

Finally got my hands on this beauty will be testing it for a week to make sure its all good.

Highly recommend this TV to anybody who is looking for close to OLED quality and deep blacks.

Hisense is a dishonest company; they scammed people. Their 65-inch U8H advertised 4K at 120Hz. However, the panel doesn't support the native resolution at 120Hz, so you are stuck with either 4K at 60Hz or 1080p at 120Hz. I am a tech guy, and before people start commenting that I made a mistake, I know what I am talking about. For example, the 55-inch model does support 4K at 120Hz, but not the 65-inch. No matter which HDMI 2.1 you use, no matter which cable or device, it doesn’t work as advertised. This is false advertising. I tried for months to get my money back from BestBuy with no success. Hisense customer support is a joke. I will never purchase anything from them again, and I encourage others to avoid doing so as well. Additionally, the USB port on my TV does not work; there is no device that I can connect to it. This TV is trash

This is a great tv for the price. Handles gaming and streaming amazingly well! Nothing but good things to say about this tv.

TV has been excellent overall. Google OS has improved from before. Picture quality in 4K streaming has been delightful to watch.

The picture is great and response for gaming is wonderful

Color is great. Size works well for us. My inly issue is the voices don't line up with the audio. Hoping an update fixes this.

Amazing brightness and very deep colors for an LED. Some banding in instances, but overall, a crazy value at this price point.

Solid TV. Have another TV that is LG. The Google TV interface is better than LG's. Super bright picture. Highly recommend.

I love this tv. The picture is so clear and full of color. It’s beautiful and the sound is better than any tv I have had.

Bright vivid colors. Easy set up. Remote could be built better, feels cheap and has rounded back so it doesn’t lay flat.

Love this TV. So bright and vibrant. Dolby Vision works amazingly, so much easier to see dark content. Worth every penny

Good tv great picture. Dolby Atmos only works on Netflix. Google assistant not working at all hands free.

The screen quality, brightness and local dimming is excellent. Feels close to OLED some times. The software on the other hand is super bad. The entire experience is hampered due to the buggy software. Apps show incompatibility, crashing, aiplay hangs, audio issues with soundbar. You name it, the software gives you those issues. Long way to go on the software side.

Looks great if you can get the settings right… But you have to change them for sports, shows, etc.
