Hisense needs to improve the bugs on this tv

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was excited on getting this tv based on reviews but the tv is full of software issues to the point that it affects the tv's performance thus hindering viewing quality and overall functionality. Most of the streaming apps have known issues with dolby vision hdr content which gives it a very bad looking image and the upscaling on sdr content is very poor.

Audio sync issues ruin a great picture

Bad TV

Would be watching channel 5 and listening to channel 3. Then some channels the sound would be a second behind. Swapped it out and the next one did the exact same thing 3 months latter.

Overly Brighton and ghosting in football just look

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Not sure how to rate it because I don't know how I feel about it it's a good TV in certain instance but then I was watching the world cup today I was noticing a super amount of ghosting and blowing around the players and this is the reason that I want to take it back posterization issues and gaming need to be fixed until be addressed Dolby vision is broken the shadow details are not there it's overly brightened I don't know how to rate this TV I'm not disappointed with it it just want to look elsewhere for more accurate it's a great TV you have never had anything like it but I want more accuracy so I purchase the Sony I have I get it on the 30th of this month and I'm going to check it out if I don't like that either I'm sending it all back and this is a problem because you know I haven't been in the market a long time for a TV since 2013 I have a plasma Panasonic but this is a good TV I don't know if it's for me because of the vision and I really like accuracy what's in the shadows so I'm going to rate it a one because it just it needs to be fixed these areas need to be addressed and issued an update please especially in the soccer game today it was disgusting

Hisense U8H is an excellent TV all-around

Ultimately, I chose this one because it was the best “Budget” TV on the market at the time of purchasing. Pros: Fantastic contrast results in deep blacks in a dark room. Exceptionally bright in both SDR and HDR. Excellent reflection handling. Superb low input lag. Really Uniform blacks. Cons: viewing changes the images (really not much at all) Default Motion smoothing (I think that is standard for all TV's these days) Note: I have it set up with a sound system, so TV speaker testing is limited, but the little I have heard sounded very good for TV's these days.
