Hisense H9G failed in under 2 years. Common prob

It indeed had a nice picture for the price, About 20 months later I got messages that the memory was full - even though I had added only about 5 apps. I followed the steps to empty cache and remove apps but although it looked like it worked the memory and apps were always still there. I can not delete cache, files or do reset. Based on reddit and other internet sources this seems to be a failed main board problem. I thought I'd try replacing the main board but, surprise, none are available anywhere - an indicator of the extent of the problem. I guess I have found out why the Hisense is inexpensive - the components are cheap and don't last. If you do decide to buy this cheap TV do yourself a favor and get the longest warranty you can get, you are likely to need it.

Amazing TV with all the picture settings goodies!

Once you get familiar with the google 11 operating system and TV picture settings, you will understand why this tv is not on display at the stores, next to the other popular brands.

Decent TV ruined by a few large flaws

Lots of dimming zones, good contrast, 120Hz, VRR, etc. But it suffwrs from awful color banding and sub par motion handling. Red ghosting in somw content also seems to be a hardware iasue because it still has not been fixed.

Sound not synced

When switching HDMI the voice and picture is not in sync. One has to turn the tv off/on to regain sync. Very bothersome.

Great picture, terrible TV and brand!

I bought the TV 5 months ago, and 4 months after getting it, I got the "Black Screen of Death" due to Hisense terrible parts in the TV. I talked to Hisense for 3-4 weeks where they were incredibly rude, and wanted to give me the run around to get them to fix their mistake. After FINALLY getting an apointment set-up, my kids ended up bumping the paneling, because Hisense made no border around the edge of the paneling except for the bottom, which put a couple lines in the TV, and Hisense essentially said "well, you voided the warranty, so good luck!" Do not buy Hisense until they fix their "Black Screen of Death" unless you want a TV you just bought that you can't use for a month before they fix their hardawre issues

Avoid Hisense at all cost

After the first year we have had nothing but issues. Their customer service has been an awful experience. Never again will me or my family purchase any hisense products.

Disappointing hihense

Hoping for a roku tv option
