Never will order to be delivered again who ever you use to delivery your products is costing you alot of money because you loose many customers this way

TV didn't last 3 months

It has been boot looping since December and best buy blames manufacturer and manufacturer will not come out until I help my 70 year old father all day troubleshooting ON A BRAND NEW TV! JUST FIX IT, I DONT WANT TO HEAR EXCUSES. since they came to USA I bought at least a dozen tvs for family, work, etc. I'm going back to Samsung.

Terrible customer service and delivery windows.

Broken TV after 1.5 years

When you turn on the TV, you can only see the backlight. After contacting Hisense, I found out it was out of the manufacturing warranty. Luckily, I added the best buy warranty and got it replaced.
