    I love this tv. The definition is great and the system is super easy to set up! The tv was so well packaged that I even kept the box to put it back in when we moved. 0% damage during the move! I also got such a great deal on the tv so I saved a bunch of money. 10/10 would definitely reccomend!

    It has better features than the previous version. But you must log on into google and etc , etc if you wanna watch anything on this device. One thing is that you can press the button and command google to be voice command..

    No storage and no service!!!

    DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! The picture and sound quality are great, but if you plan to stream - don’t! I have hated this tv ever since I purchased it. We loaded 2 streaming services and ran out of storage so we had to buy and add storage with a usb drive. Ever since that day, we have unplug and re plug the tv every 7-10 days so that the tv would remember that we added storage. For the last 3 days we have fought with the tv glitching and turning itself off whether dormant or while watching tv. Once it got that bad the tv didn’t function hardly at all - not even as a monitor with a computer hooked up through the hdmi input. When I called Hisense for help, I found out that here in the USA the warranty is only 1 year. Too bad we didn’t live in Central America, then we would had an extra 2 years of warranty. Once the customer service rep who I waited for for 15 minutes realized we had the tv longer than 1 yr, I was told to hire a repairman and instructed to go to their service page to find a firmware update that would help with software issues. Well, after following those instructions explicitly, the tv will not come on at all. I thanks for the “help”! After this, you couldn’t pay me to buy another Hisense tv!!!

    It's a surprisingly great TV. It's has wonderful sound and picture quality. We like that the remote can be placed in a standing position. This was such a good deal for what we got.

    Buggy, Poor Quality and no Support

    I bought this set a while ago. When I got the set there was an issue with Chromecast. Hisense sent me an update. At that point, Chromecast worked but I kept getting overloaded memory. I had to keep clearing out the memory although no apps were added. Now the set won't boot up and the set is out out of warranty. This was probably due to a memory issue caused by the update. The customer service is horrible. You go through an automated menu to only be told that your set needs to be serviced. Most electronics I Have last 10 years; not this set. Hisense does not stand behind their product and releases them with bugs. Don't buy a Hisense product. They are too buggy and they do not support them!

    Seems to be designed-for-obsolescence, went black screen right on schedule, we reset, and now everything is failing in turn - what a waste!
