It has a very loud set of speakers in it ive never turned the volume up passed 20

Good TV, but I’d go with something else

I have another Hisense that I have not had problems with so I don’t say work the brand off. But this particular TV has zero storage so I get warning messages about it being full when I have less than 10 apps on it. Then it freezes up, flickers, screen goes black. So right now it’s essentially not functioning. I’d look for another TV in this range and steer clear of Android TV OS.

It's very glitchy. Have to turn it off and back on to get it to function..also clean the cache like your phone. I'd skip this tv. It's like having a giant phone on your wall that you can't increase the storage of.. the 4.3G is all you get since you can't add a SD card. So you are always out of storage. I have removed most of the installed apps.

Best Buy Stinks

I have several Hisense TV's and they have good pictures. This review is on Best Buy. I ordered this tv after the hurricane Ian hit our area very hard and I lost almost all of our tv's at the restaurant. I purchased this tv to replace one of our bigger tv's. Since our insurance company failed to pay for our damages, I was forced to sell the restaurant and look for anew location. When I did find a new location three months later, I went to open the box of the Hisense tv and noticed it was damaged. I tried to get an exchange from Best Buy but they said I was past the time they could exchange the item. I explained to them that a major hurricane had hit us and I had to look for a new location. I would agree with Best Buy if it wasn't for the hurricane hitting our area and causing major damage. The tv was in the original box and never opened, and never moved after delivery. I am just so appalled, at the treatment.
