I cant tell if its 4K.. looks HD to me.. Price was nice. Video: MEH.... Audio: Bought a sound bar to compensate for the boxy sound. No wow feeling..

The technical support tried the usual that I already had tried, power cycle, reset etc. Finally the rep said it's the board and since I was out of warranty I was out of luck, and to contact a repair technician. This tv was manufactured in July 2021, it's not even 2 years old, I guess you get what you pay for. never again buying this cheap stuff, my other Sony LCD is 7 years old and going strong.
