But I waited a week or two before I open the box when I took it back they said I couldn't exchange after 24 hr. So I left it at the store.

Do not buy Hisense brand they have no quality products. They won’t help you because the warranty is now expired (1 year). Just looking at people’s reviews you can see that these are just junk. TV’s should last more than a year but wow. So many problems. Ours just stopped turning on. It loaded the Hisense Android Tv screen and shuts off. This has been going on for 3 hours and just from the reviews it’s a bad motherboard. We now have a black screen mounted on the wall that looks like crap. We need to get a product recall for their crappy product.
