    The picture gets brighter for a few seconds and goes back to normal. Then the sound gets louder for a few seconds and goes back to normal. Very strange.

    We bought it 20 months ago and until a few days ago I would have given it five stars. But now the only thing we get on the screen is a “Storage space is running out” message. We only have 5 apps. We have deleted them but when we restart the tv the apps are still there. We tried resetting to factory settings, that didn’t work either. Customer support is non existent.

    Overall great tv, the remote sensor just sucks. Put brand new batteries, sometimes it works some times it doesn’t. End up having to download a remote on my phone for back up.

    Not sure if this review was for the guys that delivered and mounted my tv or if it's for the products itself. Since I'm not sure, I'm speaking on the men who have gone beyond their job duties. They were nice, cute, and very knowledgeable. I am beyond satisfied with the service they gave me.

    This is my second hisense tv. The first one was a smaller and different model which was a bit slow in response. This one is a better model and responds fast to the input.sound quality can be improved. Dolby vision needs to be a bit brighter. Overall it is a good deal in this price.

    Good Price Point, not the best image and definitely not for a bright room as it can’t get bright at all. It’s not bad for the money but for a little more there’s way better options.

    Good budget TV, so far. Not a very true black. But it's an ok picture and the functionality is responsive. You could do better or worse. You won't be mad about this purchase.

    Hyper sensitive to any movement or touch. NOT a safe item to purchase with kids around. The picture is fine.

    Tv is trash. Not even 2 years old and won’t stay on. Turn on the tv the logo shows, then it automatically shuts off. Hisense customer service is also trash. Don’t purchase the brand at all.

    Miserable sound problem between TV and Sound Bar

    I searched long and hard deciding which TV to buy (70 inch Hisense, Android). I thought the reviews on this site were an indication of the quality of the TV I would be getting. I also purchased a Hisense 2.1 Sound Bar - specifically wanting to get a matched pair from the same manufacturer in order to avoid any glitches. Sadly, there is some problem with the Hisense TV and it's sound setup. After reading the manuals and trying everything we contacted the Hisense Customer Support group and they gave us a phone number to speak to. Simply stated, the Sound Bar does not stay connected to the TV. It (the ARC Setting) will just disappear and go back to using the Internal Speakers on the TV. The Customer Support Group had us reset the TV and all settings, and it worked for a while, but then started with the same failure more. We continually have to go into the Settings and switch the sound back to the ARC / Sound Bar. Often times watch TV with the Sound Bar is like an old Japanese Godzilla movie from the 1950's where the picture and sound don't match up. While I like the Hisense TV and thought the price was a good value, I would not repurchase this product due to the problems with the TV and Sound Bar working together.
