The delivery was a horrific experience. First of all the large gaps for the delivery time period did not fit with my schedule working at night. Then when I decided to just pick it up that was hard to navigate. Also, when I got to the business some very nice young man tried to help me but a co worker told him he could not and they just left me frustrated and confused in the parking lot. It was probably the worst experience I have had and I typically really like Best Buy.
