Not worth the money

Had to have it replaced immediately and Hisense informed me that the warranty was void because the TV was damaged. No evidence of any damage. Thankfully I had bought the Best Buy Customer Care. They replaced the TV on December 6. TV would not stay connected to the internet because according to Hisense it needs to be within 10-15 feet of the rounter. The industry standard is up to 150 ft for 2.4Ghz. After many hours on the phone, I finally got them to agree to pick up the tv and return my money minus what I had paid them to install it to avoid and semblance of damage. Don't buy this product!

Poor knowledge of product poor service

Go for higher end Hisense products instead

AVOID - WARRANTY IS USELESS IF MOUNTED

Do not buy. The first one I got had a cracked screen, Best Buy replaced it right away. Okay, it happens. The second one I had for less than 10 months and the motherboard blew. All the HDMI ports stopped working. It's under Hisense warranty, but they won't touch it if it's mounted. I have to pay someone another hundred dollars to unmount the TV, and then another hundred to put it back up and hope it lasts? It's been less than a year and this TV is already costing me more than I paid. No thanks.

Bad quality

They said we would have to send it to them in China and then they would send it back after it was repaired. So we decided to just buy a bluetooth sound bar and use that instead of be without a tv for a couple months.

I understand open box

Recieved the tv in perfect condition, but was missing everything else(remote, power cable, screws for stand, and user manual). Contacted both manufacturer and Best Buy but seems the only option is to return. Not a bad product just a bad consumer experience.

Cannot be turned on after 11 months

Worse tv ever
