Bad tv

Stuck on wide mode

Hisense headache

Returned it and had to go to a different location because it was out of stock where I purchased it. Then upon picking up the replacement tv they tried to give me a return that hadn’t even been checked yet. Smh the replacement is working fine for tho

Not worth it

Do not buy!

Horrible

Had this tv for 6 months with minimum use. One day the screen went out. I had to figure out how to dismount the tv, for it to be serviced. They refused to service if it was mounted. The tv couldn’t be fixed, they destroyed it and left it for me to dispose of.

If the price is too good to be tru, it probably is

Haven't had it for 2 months and now it doesn't work anymore and coincidentally geek squad took the 5 year protection away for JUST the TV that's not working but not my other TVs I purchased the same day. Now I'm worried the other two are going to go broke (but I don't use those as much)

pretty good for the price but apps be loading slow

Unpackaged it very carefully, set up the legs and turned it on, almost every app including downloads loads and runs extremely slow, even with there being nothing wrong with my wife. if you have a video game console though it won’t matter and you can just use that for all your apps. Overall though it’s a really good tv with quality picture for the price and it’s huge! I love it!

Contacted BestBuy, and an exchange was facilitated immediately!
