    We are very happy with this television. The sound is good and not low at all like many new tvS. We use the Chrome Menu in addition to a Firestick. The quality of the picture is very good. This brand is popular in Europe, and I was advised by my brother to consider buying a tv of this brand. I recommend it.

    This television has a lot of promise on paper, but as much as I want to love it, I just don't. My two biggest issues are the uneven backlighting and spotty ARC. All content, but especially 4K, would be very good if it weren't for the backlight making the image look both too dim and washed out on different parts of the screen at the same time. I've found that it's better with Dolby Vision turned on, though I think that's because everything is dimmer overall and I don't notice the backlight as much. As for ARC, I've tried it with 2 different soundbars and an AV receiver, all of which functioned perfectly with my older television. This television, however, just does not switch to ARC right away when turning it on. It's also a head-scratcher for me that you can disable the TV Speaker in settings yet the TV will default to it as the main sound output source so there is no sound whatsoever until ARC finally initializes. I even went out and bought all brand new 18Gbps HDMI cables to interconnect my devices just on the off chance the ones I had were the issue. No difference. When ARC kicks in everything is mostly fine though. I get a slight AV sync issue that bothers me more than the rest of my family because I'm a lip reader. I think that's more my issue than a general issue though. It's a very nice TV, though for the price I feel like you could get a better one from another vendor. This one will not remain part of my main setup. It'll be moved into the kids' playroom mostly for use with video game consoles or the built in Android TV apps.

    I ordered 3 TVs online .. each time it came broken decided to go in person and to Best Buy to get this one and it’s absolutely perfect ! Crystal clear . Highly recommend.

    Worked well with good picture and audio. Easy to use. However Just stopped turning on after 3 years. 3 stars for the time we did get with it being good.

    I bought this tv October of 2021, I’ve had problems ever since. It would constantly give me the pop up of no WiFi connected while I was streaming, this was more annoying than anything because it didn’t stop my streaming because I did in fact have WiFi connection. Now it has decided to connect to WiFi but not allow internet connection and it has started turning off on its own after about 45 seconds. I’ve called Hisense and they said update software (it was already up to date) and do a power cycle, which I’ve completed multiple times as well as hard resets. They told me if this doesn’t fix it I’ll have to buy a new one. Sounds like poor manufacturing to me as a lot of people seem to run into this issue after about 2 years, luckily I made it to 3 years. I will not be buying another Hisense product as this was my first. My older TVs of different brands have never had these issues and they’re closer to 10 years old.

    Extremely Disappointed - Avoid Hisense Brand TV

    I purchased a Hisense TV three years ago, expecting it to last at least a reasonable amount of time, especially with the minimal use it received. Unfortunately, my experience with this brand has been nothing short of disappointing. Despite the limited hours of viewing, the TV started malfunctioning just after the three-year mark. The screen developed issues, and the picture quality deteriorated rapidly, rendering the TV unusable. TV will not even power on! My 12 year old Samsung TV is still going strong. I would expect a much longer lifespan for any TV, especially with such light use. To make matters worse, Hisense's customer service was absolutely terrible. When I reached out for assistance, they were unhelpful and dismissive. It became clear that they had no interest in standing by their product or offering any meaningful support. Instead of addressing my concerns, they passed me off with generic responses and refused to take responsibility for the subpar quality of their product. I strongly urge anyone considering a Hisense TV to think twice. The poor build quality and abysmal customer service are not worth the risk. There are plenty of other brands out there that offer better reliability and support. Save yourself the frustration and avoid Hisense at all costs.

    Very good TV for the price we bought it last year like Black Friday and it’s a bout to be Black Friday again!! It was on sale we paid $425.00 with tax and all!! I am very happy with this purchase. We also own a Samsung so it not that clear but darn close!!

    Worked good first year, then started getting slower, eventually loosing app after app.then would not turn on ,then it would come back. But now replacing NO MORE.2 years and done. No more hisense tv for me.

    Android on Hisense has critical failure

    It worked for about 2 years and it’s completely locked up. Can’t event use the hdmi ports. It permanently errors out with storage issue. Even though I’ve tried everything they suggested to fix the tv

    Trash! Bought a Hisense and only lasted 2 years before the screen went blank, the control panel went out. Of the thousands and thousands of dollars I've spent at Best Buy this is hands down the worst product I've ever purchased. Neither best buy or the manufacturer helped remedy the situation in any way. This is a clear manufacturer defect, but the manufacturer does not stand by their product. All my tv's (of other brands) have lasted 10+ years. This is the first and most certainly the last time I will ever purchase a Hisense product. Best buy needs to reevaluate their relation with this manufacturer, they are going to continue hurting their reputation. Very dissapointed at this one.

    Broke after 3 years

    Have owned this just over three years, three years and one month to be exact, it has just stopped working, no damage to it, has never fallen off the wall, nothing just stopped working out of the blue. No warranty, nothing. Would actually give zero stars for this TV. Paid over $1000 for it, and it only worked for three years. Please save yourself the money and do not buy this TV.
