There ought to be instructions on how to do it, I am having to use two remote controls to use the new tv. I think it is a rip-off to have to pay extra to have the 'How to' for free with the purchase. . My tv supplier is too cheap to help without chargng.

It started shutting off randomly, so contacted Hisense to see if they could help. We tried different methods to reboot and reset the power cycle with no success. The warranty just expired in March, so I was out of luck. I really believe it should’ve lasted at least a few more years. If you’re thinking of buying this model, getting the store warranty also would be a good idea.

Hisense TV fail.

The worst purchase ever. I recommend not buying this brand. Manufacture warranty was only for one year. I feel like I wasted hard earned money.

My husband is jealous that my tv is bigger then his, lol, I have bought Hisense before and it's a great product, I shared the T.V on face book and had a lot of people asking where i got it, I shopped around and your prices were the best !!

Then about 1 month later it started to do it again and there’s nothing that can be done. Also this is the only brand of TV that I know of that gives you one year. Don’t by this TV this brand it’s they are marked down every we’re I look

Worst TV I have ever bought

Tried a bunch of things I found on the internet to fix it but none worked. I have another smart tv that's 10 years old and still runs like day one, will never buy Hisense again.

Tv stop working

I tried pluging it off the wall for 60 seconds, try factory reset and still do the same thing. This tv Sucks
