    This is by far the worst tv ever. I will never ever buy an android tv again. And the remotes are raggedy.

    If you get the forced update screen, your SOL

    The TV was great for about 6 months then it prompts me for a forced update 2 minutes after turning on the TV. When I tried to update, it would just fail after restarting. I called Hisense support, they said to update with the file they sent me via email. That still didn't work. I called back and they scheduled a technician to come out. In confirmation email "If the Technician determines that your Television has a panel problem, the Technician is authorized to Field Destroy the television. This includes damaging the screen of the television. The Technician will send us pictures of the damage and we will process your case for an exchange or refund based on our stock. You will be responsible for disposing the malfunctioning television after the Technician leaves." After googling this problem, appears to be a common issue with all of Hisense TV's.

    Didn’t make it 3 years. Internal power supupply failure. Always was slow and lagging. Cheap price tho.

    HISENSE TV PUT A DAMPER ON MY KIDS HOLIDAYS

    I had my 70 inch Hiesen Tv for little over a year always updating it .It just up and quit working on me so i called there support and since it was a little over a year old not covered under warranty. I had nothing but problems with this tv like just shutting off on me and if you read on there PAGE it says to many shutdowns can harm your tv. Just do some research save yourself time and stress .But if your looking for a cheap tv that you can just throw away you found it Hiesen is definitely a throwaway Tv to me anyway Good luck

    I BOUGHT THIS TV IN MARCH AND NOW I HAVE TO HAVE A BRAND NEW TV . THIS MODEL IS BAD . WAITING ON HISENSE TO CALL ME ABOUT WHAT OTHER MODEL THEY HAVE IN A 70 INCH . MY FEELINGS ARE HURT BECAUSE THE PICTURE WAS MAGNIFICENT AND THE THEATER SOUND WAS PRICELESS.

    Hisense - slow

    I was very excited to get this tv to replace my 65" Vizio. The backlight is uneven, in dark scenes you can see sporadic lighting from the edges. The Android operating system lags pretty frequently.

    Open box buy disaster!

    I bought this as a open box item. The label stated it was in excellent condition and no damage. It was a gift for my mom and dad for Christmas. After installing the TV and plugging it in we turned it on and there was nothing on the screen but lines. Oh and the legs were not in the box. we contacted Best Buy and they told us to return it. We are returning it today. Hope we experience a easy transaction. I wont say don't buy the TV brand but think twice before you purchase a open box item.

    Run away from these TV's.

    I had mine for exactly 15 months and then one day, it stopped working. It just stopped working and simply won't turn on. Run away from these TV's. Service was also awful, because it was 3 months out of warranty.

    Black screen red light flashing
