    Rainbow lines. Not good for only having a month

    I bought this tv on 12/28/2020. Today in 1/16/2021 and when I turned it on the screen was rainbow horizontal lines. I’m terrified considering this thing is huge and I paid a decent amount of money for it. I unplugged it out of fear and now it turned on fine. This shouldn’t be happening. I even sent the link to fiends to buy it after I got it. I hope I didn’t waste their money too!

    Great tv for the last ten months

    I bought this TV last September 26, 2020 and this morning it's been stuck in this loop where is starts up to the logo screen then turns off in a couple of minutes. While it's on the red led light flashes until the screen goes black. I have two other Hisense tv's and never had an issue with them and one of them is almost 5 years old.

    We bought this TV back in September and it was working great. Back in March it started doing an update and we haven’t been able to watch TV since. It’s a never ending cycle of an updating screen and then it turns off and then it updates again. Sometimes the TV won’t turn on and when we do we get an error screen and then back again with the update. We haven’t been able to watch TV since March and it’s incredibly frustrating now. We’ve seen multiple people with the same issue online and I really regret not listening to those reviews. Get it together.

    Please don’t buy!

    If I could give 1 star I would. Hopefully this review can save someone the heartache… Let me start out by saying I bought a 75” tv back in February of 2021, yes this year! Well the HDMI ports burned out or something…they picked up their tv from a 3rd party about a month ago and I chose to get the refund (who would want the same brand if it doesn’t last) I’m still waiting for my refund and they keep giving me the run around…oh it takes 2-3weeks. Every time I call customer service is Beyond rude!

    Don’t purchase

    Did curbside pickup at the castleton store for this tv last night. Got home and carried it in with my wife without issue, unboxed it and looked the tv. The tv looked fine with no obvious defects. Mounted it and the screen was obviously internally cracked. Out $500 since their return policy will not allow an exchange and replacement of the screen cost extra because it is deemed as “accidental”. Last time I visit this store.

    Seemed greta for a couple months!!

    Tv was great for about 2 months. Now, since latest android tv update, it has issues!! Freezes up, goes black screen and loses favorite apps constantly! USB storage is a joke! Very slow transfers and disconnects constantly!! Tried several USB sticks. Needs USB 3.0! I don't know why, in this day and age, all tv's don't have USB 3.0.

    Stay away from HISENSE TV The quality is very bad. Most likely it will break in a couple years, usually right after warranty expires. And their customer services suck. Go for SAMSUNG, LG, or any other brands. My experience told me it is simply a waste of money.
