For the money I really like this TV. Does it have the best picture and sound? No but the quality for the money is very good. I also really like the fact that I can install almost any app from the Google play store so I do not need to add a Fire Stick for my streaming services. One thing I noticed was that when I did use a Fire Stick (I like to use the app on my phone to control) the picture quality was not as good, especially the color. I tried to adjust this but I could never get it to compare to using the native apps. I have Fire Sticks on several other TVs and have never experienced this but was not a major issue since I could load all the apps I wanted to the TV directly. The only real gripe I have is that the remote is not backlit, which is why I wanted to use my phone. I will probably get a universal remote for this reason but it would have been great to have that come with the TV.

I haven’t used much of the apps because my cable service comes with its own apps. I plan to use them once I get rid of my cable service. Love the size of this TV in my living room. The picture quality is good too. Great buy. Hopefully it lasts long.

Great value. It's big, it's bright, the Android TV interface is easy and not painfully slow. Chromecast built in is nice. Does not do motion smoothing out of the box, which is great! Be aware that it's a budget TV though. The interface is not lighting fast. In a dark room you're going to notice the blacks are not uniform. I think those are acceptable trades for the price point. Put this thing in a brightly lit room and I think you'll be happy with the value.

This TV is about to die. unresponsive remote and gets stuck all the time. have to unplug then plug it back in to reset. Hisense. I was hoping this tv can last 4 years, but i most likely not. My other Hisense is already dead at 1 year and a few months. If you are thinking about a decent tv for a good 1 year then this tv is for you. if you want a tv that lasts more than 2 years, look elsewhere.

The tv was amazing at first but now it turns off and resets itself then goes into demo mode it’s a nightmare. Our remote power button quit immediately as well.

Love the android tv operating system. Sometimes minor issues with casting, but I think that has more with me rhan the TV. Great overall features, awesome picture, and even makes for a decent pc monitor for living room entertainment right from my pc

This is a great tv. Amazing picture and great sound. I have an Android phone so this was by far the easiest tv set up I've ever had. We are still working on our theater room so we haven't used it as much as we will in the near future however the few movies nights we've had have been great. We can't wait to finish our home cinema. We have a few Hisense tvs and we have never had any issues with any of them! $500 for a 70 in? Love this tv!

I loved this TV and was happy with my purchase until yesterday! After just a little over 2 years, it went out on me. I’ve tried everything and it’s just won’t stay on. It gave a message saying that it was running low on storage space and then just kept shutting off. Wouldn’t stay on more than 10 seconds. It’ll power on and once it loads the google logo, it shuts back off. Save yourself some money and the headache and just don’t buy this brand!! Now I’m on the hunt for a new TV.

Solid TV for the money. Of COURSE it's not going to have the best image quality, color, or black levels for this kind of money. But what do you expect? A 70 inch tv for 499 bucks? Are you kidding me? I place it next to my Sony and you can see the shortcomings. However, they're livable. Remove the Sony and the shortcomings are not noticeable. The picture, colors, and brightness is decent. Certainly better than a 5 year old name brand TV. I do not use the built in sound so I cant attest to that. And I dont use the google interface either, preferring to use a roku stick. The antenna input works well. As far as longevity, I have no idea. I've only had it for a month. I did pony up for the 2 year extended warranty with Best Buy in case this cheap tv decides to die, but really... its 500 bucks. My last 70 inch was 1800 bucks.

Good quality tv for the price, easy to set up, and nice and big

Absolutely incredible TV. Best Buy delivered it 10 days ago and the novelty still hasn't worn off. Fresh out of the box, the picture quality stunned me. I actually gasped out loud. My first test had been a Japanese Godzilla Blu-ray movie from the '90s. With just the factory presets, the Big Green Guy was in my living room!!! The screen was in factory economy mode and, except for a tweak in brightness and sharpness, it still is. I can't ask for more. Sound isn't quite as good. A bit "tinny" no matter how I set it. A soundbar is recommended, but in no way does it take away from my 5 stars. Picture to me is the most important feature and in that, this product excels. Also, be sure to get a Best Buy extended warranty. This Hisense replaced a 65" Sharp TV which I purchased almost 2 years ago. I bought the warranty with it and almost a month before it expired, the screen started showing pale streaks. A Geek Squad tech came out to look at it. The panel was dying. This TV replaced it. I just paid the difference in price which was roughly $30. Pickup and delivery were all taken care of. And yes, I made sure to get another 2 year warranty on this TV!!!

Love the TV. I was really worried about the Android built in as I have always been a Roku user, but I love it. Its snappy and works really well. The kids can play games on it with their Xbox controller. You can sideload apps etc. It really has exceeded my expectation so far. Who knows how long it will last but I am very happy with it.

I absolutely love this television! My favorite feature is the android App Store. You can do so much with this television like play google play games, it has a ton of available apps. You can just talk to the tv for google assistance and Alexa. The picture is clear and sound is incredible. No sound bar needed. I’ll definitely recommend.

The tv is normally $650.. Best Buy had it on sale for $480. Above average picture. I purchased a Polk audio sound bar to go with the tv. Tv volume is amazing even without the sound bar. Overall, this tv is amazing for $480 Another cool thing about this tv, is that it gives the appearance of being bezel less. It’s almost like the screen runs off the tv like an infinity pool. I absolutely love this purchase

Wide viewing angles which was necessary due to an unusual seating arrangement. Picture quality has been very good primarily streaming 1080p and 4K UHD streams. Android TV as an operating system is versatile and allows for side-loading of apps. The interface is intuitive and includes some voice controls with use of the Bluetooth connected remote. Overall, very impressed with the value presented by this set.
