We have no issues with quality or apps. We are not highend users demanding superior viewing quality. This is 4k and have used my drone video and seems very clear to me. If you want better sound tie it to what you want/afford. As for longevity, still unknown not enough time has past.

It’s a good tv with great picture quality but after having it for 3 months, the sounds goes out occasionally and I have to keep resetting it

So far so good, it has been a great buy the image looks amazing the sound is good you can easily navigate in the menu perfect for those who love Android phones ant Amazon fire tvs

Great TV for the price. Love that it is an Android TV. Every once in a while we have to do a hard restart but otherwise great sound and picture.

I have only had the TV 2 years and now it randomly shut off.

Nice picture and Android smart function works great with my Samsung Galaxy phone. Great value for the money. Would recommend this TV for sure.

Thought I’d surprise my mom with a new tv and she loves it she doesn’t know how to use the apps and stuff but after a week she’s more familiar with the tv than I am , very easy to use even a elderly person can get use to it . Best gift ever

Good budget TV. See no reason to break the bank anymore on super expensive unless you have a dedicated movie room. This will do the trick.

Great tv for the price the only downside I see so far is that the the sensor on the remote isn’t that good and the talk to type doesn’t work.

1080p HD movies (streaming) are awesome. Picture is bright and clear and colors are vibrant. I use Theater Day picture mode with slight adjustments. 4KUhd HDR movies on the other hand are dull, colors are faded and the screen is very dark. I am trying different picture adjustments to no avail. The TV recognizes HDR. Picture adjustments are in available HDR mode only which is separate from 1080p. Anyone else have this problem with HDR ?

Excellent picture. Sharp quality, very bright. Good contrast. Android TV interface is slightly customized vs standard AndroidTV, but it is responsive and a great interface

Pro : Easy to install , but having difficulty in connecting with Alexa , good value for money Cons :Flickering /Flashing happens

Amazing TV. Just the right size for room. Everything with Best buy was so simple. Originally had ordered the 65" but when I arrived at the store they had 70" for not much more so I went with that. Very easy to exchange and set up in home delivery. Great overall experience!

Got a new tv to replace my older 1. I wasn't sure about a smart tv .i love it came preinstalled with several apps that i use on a daily basis, and some not as much. I wanted to use the tv awhile before I could honestly say that it is a good tv.

I purchased this during the big sale last Thankgiving. I have no complaints! The price was fantastic and I have purchased many 4k disks from Best Buy. The fact that this TV support Dolby Vision is worth the purchase price. I love this Television.

Good picture for the money. Do wish the motion rate was a bit faster. The built in WiFi works very well. The remote is easy to use.

This tv has a great picture. It has a good sound quality and It was easy to set up. I was able to add all my streaming services with no problems and it was easy to install on my wall mount. I would recommend this tv to anyone looking for a large tv on a budget.

White's seem a little to bright and blacks not super black. The sound is really great. But for the price I would highly recommend.
