Only issue with this TV that many Hisense TV's are having is the Dolby Icon pops up on the screen randomly during movies and the picture flashes for a second. Google this issue and you will see. The issue is being addressed by Hisense but no fix yet. I recommend to wait until it is resolved or buy another brand for now.

Google TV works great and happy with the interface. Picture is great for me, but what do I know. About the only with I wish it had is a backlighted remote because it's a bedroom TV.

I've abandoned sports since they aren't fun to watch anymore so I don't know if there is lag on those screens but so far so good on all other shows.

A lot of bells and whistles that I haven’t figured out. It turns on, picture is great and the sound is good (I added a Bose sound bar). For this price, it’ll work.

Cheap but it broke. Not a bargain!

The picture was fine but suffered from serious edge light bleed. It was most apparent when watching football with it appearing like the edge of the field being brighter lit than the center. Still, it was only $400 and we liked the android tv interface especially the speed which is much faster than a friends new Samsung OLED (but a gorgeous screen!) that cost 5X+, so we were willing to accept it. Then, a couple of days ago while I was sitting 10' away watching YouTube , the set made a snapping noise and the screen when wonky. I called support who were generally good and they offered to do return but suggested I go to a local store if I desired an exchange. The closest Baldwin NY location where I picked up the set was out of stock, but the valley stream location did. Boxed the set up and went to Valley Stream only to have the manager accuse me if damaging the set Absolutely not! Since the set was installed it has been untouched with the the exception of one wiping to remove fingerprints. He refused exchange and told me to leave. Fortunately, phone support came through and I had a UPS return label before I left the Valley Stream parking lot. I lost my $400 'bargain' , but I was a bit unhappy with the light leak so I guess it worked out? What I learned? You get what you pay for, This set turned out to be no bargain. I will never set foot in another best buy location but will consider online purchase.

Be afraid - be very afraid - of Google.

When the tv tries to make a large area of black that area is splochy with 50% of the area being gray. And when the whole screen goes to black (like the change of scene), the gray sploches are still 50% of the screen spread out unevenly. The menu has no "Info" button or any way to get information about the current show. Finally, it's an Android device, and that's not a good thing for me because I absolutely hate anything "Google". They collect every bit of your data and keep it forever to sell and have info-power - forever. I knew it was an Android before I bought it but I didn't think it forced you to surrender all your personal information, give them access to everything you do with the TV, and a lot of stuff you do on your network (especially if you have Google Fiber. On a brighter note, Best Buy proved top-notch service and the delivery was fast and friendly - thank you, Best Buy, for that.

Went just a bit bigger with this one. Great size and great picture. Sound is fantastic and loud even on only setting 3 or 4. Hubby likes that the apps are built in.

As the ladies would say, size isn't everything. The chromecast rarely works. The apps often need to be forced to stop in the settings to get them to work properly. The 60 hz. refresh rate really isn't good at all for sports, which is mostly what I watch on the tv. I really wish I would've just bit the bullet and spent the extra money on a great television. I think I'm going to just eat the loss and try to sell this thing cheap and then get the TV I should've gotten in the first place. There was a time in my life where the things I mentioned wouldn't have mattered as much, but I'm 45 now and it makes less sense these days to settle for half-arsed products. I work too had for my money to spend it on feces.
