Great pictures quality and features; but, unfortunately it quit working after less than two years and with very little use (probably less than 15 hours of viewing time) - have had many brands of TVs of all quality levels and never had one just quit - so surprised and disappointed. Read online it might be power board failure based on symptoms so I ordered a replacement part, but that didn’t fix problem. Hisense support was no help in trying to diagnose.

Great TV while it lasted for 10 Months

Colors and contrast can be tweaked quite a bit. Sound is mediocre but a decent sound bar will take care of that Not so good: Required occasional power cycle but that appears to be a common occurrence on AndroidTV based Smart TVs, not a big issue. The Bad: TV lasted for little less than 10 months. Now the TV won't go past start screen logo with random characters on the top half of the screen and/or unable to load Android System Error Messages. Already tried power cycling, Factory Reset etc. Waiting to hear back from Hisense Technical Support. Let's see if I hear back and what the outcome is. TV is still under warranty.
