It dropped all of my streaming stations and it was a pain to download apps and input log in info again. When it's working I love it.

Disappointing for a smart tv

Also can't seem to connect bluetooth anything. And the alexa doesn't connect.

The storage on this television can be expanded using a USB flash drive. You can try performing a factory reset to have the issue with the Bluetooth and Alexa resolved. It sounds like it’s an old radio so I had to buy a sound system, but it was still worth it because the video quality is great, so instead of getting a Sony or Samsung I got this one and a home theater.
