That is impossible and the attachment to the wall bracket is not professional. Song other things it was hung off center and crooked

I had an small issue with the color out of the box but after making adjustments it seems fine. This is an entry level TV so you can't expect to get OLED picture quality and I have it in a fairly dark room so it works great. I like the Dolby Vision feature and have watched several Disney Plus movies with it. For the size and affordability I give it 5 stars.
