Good price, but.....

After a couple days tho we realized something strange, the TV started splitting and shining light to the ceiling. Lets just say we're not happy and hope Best Buy will do the right thing and exchange it. See pics

Horrible quality tv, screen went black after 1 yr of use. Hisense wouldn’t even repair..they chose to refund my $50 extended warranty instead of doing the right thing and having a tech repair my tv. Will never deal with Hisense again.

Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve had this now for a little over a year and a half (which is not very long in my opinion) and I’m running into an issue where randomly the screen is all stretched out and there’s nothing I can do about it. Half of the settings are greyed out to where you can’t even change a lot of them. I have a few other complaints as well. Quality is decent but not what I expected honestly. All in all, I wish I would have just paid more for a Samsung or something better
