We enjoyed the TV for the most part; however, it was always glitching. Sometimes so badly we had to unplug for about ten minutes to get it to do anything. It would switch apps while we were watching shows as well! It is easy to navigate, just beware of the glitchy/faulty software. We bought a new brand of TV to replace it instead of repairing it if that tells you anything.
