Not worth it - Won't turn on after 18 months

Not even a year and a half old, and the memory on it is shot. The tv kept flashing a message stating the memory was full, even though we had ZERO apps downloaded to the tv, we have everything on a Firestick, so as to preserve any memory on the TV itself for optimal performance. We attempted to clear the cache, which was successful. But, then we tried to perform just a plain master reset, and it keeps going to a black screen, and times out. It won't stay turned on long enough to reset through the menu, and there's no reset button on the TV itself. Powering on and off doesn't help, and weve tried unplugging it multiple times. I've reached out to Hisense, and I can't get any Hisense tech support help. Waste of $450...so disappointing.

I'm sure it still is. I'm not computer-savvy, and I'm only trying to get assistance on how I can continue to Chrome-cast from my phone to my TV. It worked with the Triller-app. But not with The 85 South Show, OR EVEN YOUTUBE! Like, Wassup?!
