Horrible tv. Had huge white spots all through the he screen on dark scenes. It’s now been a year and 4 months and the tv started acting slow and skipping while playing content. Restarted the tv and it keeps getting a purple screen.

One of two tv's screen damage while sitting in the

I bought two tv's for my local church to be installed on the ceiling on 3/29. The tv's were put up in my garage by the delivery guys untouched until 4/8/21 at 10:00am. I loaded both tv's into my truck with help and had no problems. Both tv's were strapped t keep them in their same position.
We installed one tv without any problems and it worked fine. I opened the second tv to prepare it to be mounted and decided to plug the tv up first and the screen had lines. Now the return window has closed but, I need something to be done asap. Cntacting Geek Squad seeing I made sure to purchase the extended warranty. This scenario was very inconvenient seeing now I had to rent another rlift was this tv is repaired or swapped. Something needs to be done for this has never happened to me EVER!

after 3 weeks, stuck logo screen, flashing LED

A few weeks in and all was working fine until I turned it on and it was stuck on logo screen. LED flashing and it restarts itself after 2 minutes or so, in an endless loop. Not sure what happened, was being used about an hour prior and shutoff with remote as usual.
Hoping Hisense support will have a way to hard reset or something. Seems like a hardware issue.

I won't buy a hisense TV ever again. They are flimsy. I had mine mounted on a swivel mount, and managed to crack the screen by putting the slightest amount of pressure on the frame at the top. I thought that since it was cheap, I wouldn't be upset if it didn't last as long as my samsungs in the past. Just like flushing money down the drain.

I purchased the TV in October 2020 and today January 2022 it will not cut on. I called Hisense and all they had ti say is purchase a new one because the TV was out of warranty. Worst customer service experience ever!

See the result of slightly touching the screen to connect the TV cable from the set-top box to a one-month-old 70-inch Hisense TV. Don't touch the screen and never clean up the screen. Even though you didn't throw or drop anything on the screen, you have to buy a new TV without repair or replace it with a slight single touch.

I was looking to put A ZERO STAR rating but that's not available. I bought this TV in November but installed it yesterday. LCD panel is cracked. Best Buy will not replace it and the manufacturer will not replace it. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY FROM BEST BUY!!!

My first TV is a Samsung QLED so it is a radically unfair comparison.
Nice picture, not fantastic but nice. Has more a film quality to the picture, not as liquid as some. There is some bleed through of light around the edges for a direct light TV. Blacks are not super black , I'd say a shade lighter than true.
Using the android OS is very easy to use especially if you already have an android phone which I do.
I did buy more for size and price and in that I am not disappointed overall. It is a good value for the price.
Oh one odd thing there are 2 placements for the feet so you can set them closer or further apart. Came in handy so I didn't have to move my router.
