    i used to love hisense tvs but the android versions are poorly designed and lack the computer power to keep up with the apps. so now my tv has been stuck in the strtup loop for months.

    Well the color is not that vivid or sharp. The sound goes up and down and it's usually something in the corner of the tv that lets you know that the sound is adjusting. Also the tv is at best 63 in long. I paid for a 70 in and didn't get it. Atleast the price was okay.

    DON'T WAIST YOUR MONEY OR TIME PURCHASING THIS TV! AFTER LESS THAN A YEAR OF USE,IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO WATCH ANYTHING WITHOUT IT GLITCHING NON STOP! THE COMPANY, HISENSE IS ABSOLUTELY NO ASSISTANCE AT ALL! I'M NOT SURE ABOUT THEIR OTHER PRODUCTS OR TV MODELS, BUT THIS 1 IS COMPLETE JUNK! IF I WOULD HAVE KNOWN,I WOULD HAVE KEPT MY SMALLER, VERY RELIABLE VIZIO!

    We love our big TV. Love how easy to Chromecast, we love the Bluetooth function. For its price and function, we are so glad to have chosen this one.

    3 stars but that may get lower. We have had this TV for 4 days and we can’t get amazon prime videos to play 85% of the time and we have had to reset the TV multiple times due to lagging or control issues after the 2nd day. Today we are having issues with it freezing.

    I like everything about the sea except it’s slow processor and always wants update I update and right after asking me to update again so I don’t update no more and it’s very frustrating because every time I turn it on he wants update
