  • My Worst TV Purchase Ever

    Worst $500 spent!! I’ve had this TV for just over 18 months and I cannot watch this TV. It’s basically useless. I cannot even do a factory reset as the system locks up. The screen goes black, the Wi-Fi keeps disconnecting all within the last week. I have several other smart TVs, and have no issues with them and have had some for over 8 years. Even worse, the customer support team for Hisense, tells me there is no external reset option on this TV, Which would’ve been my only hope to resolve situation. How is that even possible? There’s no way to fix it without taking it to somebody to have it looked at which is not cost-effective and it’s a 70 inch TV so I don’t have the ability to do, so, even if I wanted to transport it. Don’t waste your money!!
