Posted .Hello Hisense Customer. Thank you for your interest in the 70H6570G. We're sorry to hear that you are having issues with your television freezing up and also shutting off. Please perform a factory reset on the television by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box. Bought this cause I love the idea of having everything google in my home and since we moved last year I haven't found my nvidia shield. It was a Good tv at first, picture was ok, can see light leaks coming through during black screens near edges but typical for a "budget" TV. Problems in begining were my google home would not see the TV if it was off for more than 10 mins and had to turn it on with remote, even turning off wifi power settings didn't fix this. The new major problem I'm finding on line and having now is that these type of TVs, not just Hiesen, I mean Android TVs just are severely u see powered. Now it takes at least 2 mins to open disney+, HBO max takes a long time as well to open but then not all pictures and icons are fully loaded. Google play movies is being effected with long load times and not even starting the movie once loaded. Now when I press the volume key it took 3 secs for it to respond and show it changed volume. This is not a good tv and would recommend people to spend the money in better picture quality and get a new chrome cast with Android tv or just stick with the rokus as they have it pretty down for the most part.
