    Picture was not very good and quality is poor. Within the first year it completely died and I had to have the internal boards replaced to get it going again. Before the end of the second year it completely died again. Since the picture was not that great, I decided not to bother with it again and just replaced it with something better.

    Not happy with coloring around the edges. Was told by salesman, after purchase was made, that this seems to be an issue with them.

    I have less than a 1yr and now its giving me problems. Hisense will send a technician to fix or replace my TV.

    Definitely a throw away Tv Had for not even two years just stopped working. It always kept restarting on me for no reason. To me this tv is definitely a throw away tv just do some research save yourself time and stress. I wished i had done the same i guess you live and learn. GOOD LUCK.

    It does not pair fully with Xfinity 1. Volume and power button do not pair well. Had to adjust the picture as well.

    II got this product in a BF deal for 400 $. At this this price tv is ok. But still tr is some lag in the Android system

Please perform a factory reset on the television by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box.     Worst product ever

    I purchased a Hisense 70-inch 4k tv in March 2021 and the TV turned off and will not turn back on. I've tried turning it on with the remote control and after repeatedly pressing the power button the light would flash once but not turn on. I tried turning power on using the button and after repeatedly i get a quick flash from the power light. Called Best Buy and they told me to call the manufacturer to see if it is still under warrantee and Hisense said that there was ONLY a one-year warrantee. I would suggest not buying any Hisense products because they will not fix a obviously defective product when it finally fails just after the warrantee. I just won't buy any Hisense products and I will not shop at Best Buy anymore either. If I could give negative stars, I would give 10 negative stars. I regret shopping at Best Buy

    Worked for 3 days and stopped working. Called the manufacturer, was told someone would call me back and that was over 24 hours ago, and still no call. From browsing the info I found on the internet it’s a physical problem, basically a lemon. To add insult to injury, my only option is to return to Best Buy, however the item is too big to fit in my car, that was why I had it delivered to my house. That’s exactly what I want to try to do in a pandemic, try to get a ride or spend more money to recover my loss. Since the item is now sold out on the website, I am pretty sure all I will get is a refund IF I can figure out how to get it to a store. So much for a Black Friday deal...
